About Happy Rakovski

The first restaurant from the Happy Bar & Grill restaurant chain that opened its doors in our capital was Happy Rakovski. The restaurant operates from 28th May 2000, and has since pleased its clients with unique Happy specialties, among which authentic Japanese sushi, prepared by our sushi chef.

Happy Rakovski can accomodate 220 customers in its closed area and in the summer another 60 customers in the garden of the restaurant.

CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg Вчера преживяхме изключително разочароващо обслужване в Happy. Бяхме 7 човека и поръчахме 5 еднакви ястия от обедното меню и 2 от основното меню. Ястията от основното меню пристигнаха изключително бързо, но тези от обедното се забавиха с над 30 минути. Управителят дойде и каза, че ще направи отстъпка. При поискване на сметката сервитьорът се извини за забавянето и обясни, че ще направи 25% отстъпка, но тя не важи за ястията от обедното меню – което беше пълен парадокс, тъй като именно те се бяха забавили. Последвалото обяснение беше напълно безумно. Предложиха ни десерт и кафе, но в този момент ние вече искахме да платим и да си тръгнем. Изключително разочароващо преживяване. Answer form ReZZo.bg:От името на ReZZo и Happy Раковски, бихме искали да поднесем извинения относно причиненото неудобство. Уведомили сме управата на заведението за този случай и те ни увериха, че ще вземат необходимите мерки да не се допускат подобен тип ситуации в бъдеще.
