You have to comply with the General Terms and Conditions to guarantee your reserved table at ReZZo.bg and to receive the discount or the offer to your reservation. You can find the General Terms and Conditions at every restaurant page at ReZZo.bg and at every conformation e-mail that we send to you. The most important terms are:
Your reservation time is your arrival time at the restaurant. Your table will be waiting for you not longer than 15 minutes. The restaurant has rights to decline the reservation or the discount in case of delay.
When you arrive at the restaurant inform the staff that you have made a reservation with ReZZo.bg.
When you call the bill at the restaurant show the staff your SMS or e-mail conformation for the reservation.
The restaurant you have made reservation is obliged to compensate you by its offset policy in case the restaurant refuse to set you up or to give you the discount or the offer to your reservation, in spite you comply with the General Terms and Conditions at the restaurant page at ReZZo.bg. In such a case, please contact us at contact@rezzo.bg not longer than a week after the reservation to activate “ReZZo.bg Guarantee for reserved table and discount”. The restaurant staff may call you on the phone number you have given for additional clarifications or reservation changes.
