About Happy Rakovski

The first restaurant from the Happy Bar & Grill restaurant chain that opened its doors in our capital was Happy Rakovski. The restaurant operates from 28th May 2000, and has since pleased its clients with unique Happy specialties, among which authentic Japanese sushi, prepared by our sushi chef.

Happy Rakovski can accomodate 220 customers in its closed area and in the summer another 60 customers in the garden of the restaurant.

Неможе да имате изискване за 2 часа престой и освен,че е написано при резервация и потвърждение да ми се и звъни за да бъда предупредена за тези 2 часа ,а да ме ибслужват със скороста на костенурка. Чакане за взимане на поръчка 10/15мин,донасяне на такава около 15 мин,чакане да ни вземат поръчката за десерт отново безумно много време и за черешка повече от 20 мин чакане за два десерта. За едни маси се сервира вино с лед и лимон други трябва да чакаме да благоволят да дойдат за да се помолим за такива! Неможе да тормозите хората ,че и да им се обаждате да ги предопредите за 2та ви часа ,а в същото време да неможете да ги обслужите камоли да се насладят на престоя от 2ч. Няма да коментирам и мини масичката на която ни бяха сложили докато други двойки си бяха на маса за 4ма! Безумно разочарована ,съжалявам за избора си за ресторант! Уведомили сме управата на заведението за този случай и те ни увериха, че ще вземат необходимите мерки да не се допускат подобен тип ситуации в бъдеще.
