Sunday Signature Brunch returns to EDEN on October 11, and our first guest is Chef Ilian Kustev.
Chef Kustev will be personally at EDEN to welcome you with a signature brunch where familiar flavours take an unexpected turn. Each dish is part of a story that, this time, you will hear directly from him.

A 4-course signature menu featuring autumn flavours, bold combinations and a choice of desserts for the perfect sweet ending.

• “Tomato Carpet” — tomato, cucumber, roasted pepper ragout, cream cheese and a Parmesan sphere

• Salmon with Café de Paris crust, caviar sauce and gratin
• Pork neck steak with truffle sauce and gratin
