Our special guest is Chef George Kalaitsidis, who brings many years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and will present his modern interpretation of Greek cuisine — refined, balanced, and memorable.
4-course tasting menu inspired by Crete:
Amuse-bouche
• Traditional Cretan fish soup Kakavia
First course
• Shrimp ravioli, Bouillabaisse sauce, cucumber sauce, and pumpkin gel
Second course
• Cod with spinach, peas, beet leaves, and asparagus, tomato beurre blanc
Main course
• Duck with Savoy cabbage, beet ravioli, and caramelized onion
Dessert
• Brownie with chocolate mousse, espresso glaze, and espresso ice cream
