On November 18, we invite you to join us at La Passione for Wine and Passion – an exclusive wine-pairing dinner featuring the wines of Mulino delle Tolle.
A six-course menu, with each dish perfectly paired with a wine:

Sourdough crostini made with our own naturally leavened bread, duck liver pâté, and homemade lime and scented geranium jam.
02 Friulano 2024
Fresh salads with white balsamic vinaigrette, mini Taleggio cheese croquettes, grapes, hazelnuts, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
03 Chardonnay 2024
Risotto with langoustines, shrimp, pistachios, and Franciacorta.
04 Cabernet Franc 2022
Tagliatelle made with free-range eggs, venison, and porcini mushrooms.

Slow-cooked beef cheeks with prune and clove sauce, celeriac purée, and autumn truffles from the Strandzha Mountains.
