It is a true pleasure for us to announce the long-awaited Week of Culinary Fantasy, called Crêpe Brûlée!
Wrapped in a thin, delicate crêpe, you will discover the elegance of this luxurious French dessert – Crème Brûlée!
So delicate and smooth, perfectly balanced in sweetness, it will leave you wanting more and more.
On top, we’ll add a few blueberries for a slightly tangy touch, and because, after all, nothing in life is entirely sweet.
Then comes a little homemade, unsweetened whipped cream to balance all the flavors – fluffy and soft, like a cloud in a clear sky.
To give this delicious story the perfect finishing touch, we’ll sprinkle the crêpe with caramelized sugar, adding that irresistible crunch you didn’t even know you needed.
This very French crêpe will be waiting for you not in Paris, but right in the heart of Sofia throughout the entire September week!
We recommend making a reservation during the weekends, as seating is limited.
