Като цяло мястото е хубаво, но има няколко проблема. Първо, персоналът. Един барман, един сервитьор и една... хостеса. Джин с тоник, уиски с кола и една бира (и една вода, която така и не пристигна) ги чакахме повече от 30 минути. Вярно, имаше два рождени дни, но като знаете, че ще имате такова събитие и свободна консумация - предвидете поне два сервитьора. Второ, както на повечето места в София - стана полунощ и се раздадоха чашките с лед и салфетки и всички извадиха цигарите (и пурите). На такова място (сумарно 100 квадрата и нисък таван) помислете за вентилация. Иначе, като локация мястото е супер.

CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg За съжаление се оказа, че Gravity Bar не работел с rezzo през декември. Изобщо не бяха получили нашата резервация, въпреки че я направихме през ноември. Абсолютна липса на организация, заради която в последния момент си търсихме друго място, и която напълно обезсмисля да ползваме rezzo. Answer form ReZZo.bg:От името на ReZZo бихме искали да поднесем извинения относно причиненото неудобство. Уведомили сме управата на заведението за този случай и те ни увериха, че ще вземат необходимите мерки да не се допускат подобен тип ситуации в бъдеще. Задействана е ReZZo.bg Гаранция и клиентът ще бъде компенсиран от заведението при следващо посещение.
