For adults:

SALAD:
Layered Balkan salad – 580 g
(marinated eggplant, zucchini, red pepper, pink tomato, cucumbers, Bulgarian white cheese, red onion, “Snezhanka” dip, homemade “katak” dip)

COLD APPETIZER:
Red beet tartare – 200 g

HOT APPETIZER:
Cabbage rolls – 200 g

MAIN COURSE (3 options):

1. Pork bon filet with mashed potatoes and vegetable trail – 600 g

2. Crispy Cordon Bleu rolls with herb mash and yogurt sauce – 600 g

3. Cauliflower steak with root vegetable purée, herb crumbs, and pomegranate seeds – 550 g

AFTER-DISHES:

1. Platter of cured meats, cheeses, fruits, and nuts
