About Happy Grand Hotel

Happy Grand Hotel is the first restaurant from the Happy Bar & Grill restaurant chain opened in Plovdiv. It is located near the expo area of the city and Novotel Plovdiv hotel. It has a beautiful and cool garden with 150 seats and the cozy restaurant itself can accommodate up to 105 people. The restaurant offers unique Japanese sushi.

CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg Здравейте, Били сме многократно гости както на този ресторант, така и на други (София и Пловдив). Вчера останахме неприятно изненадани, защото поведението на хостеса на беше меко казано, отвратителво. Първо ни отказаха маса, с предтекст, че няма свободни, а всъщност такива имаше. Може би, когато попитах бяхме само със синът ни на 3 години и дамата сметна, че няма да направим голяма консумация. Предложи ни да изчакаме, направих резервация и когато се върнахме след 10 Мин, Виждайки ни с бебешка количка същата жена ни каза да слезем по стълбите. Недопустимо е подобно отношение (или липса на такова) в такава категория заведение. Как се очаква да пренесем количката ? Такива кадри и отношение, оставят неприятно усещане.
