Spring is coming, and with it, a special brunch that will take you on a culinary journey to Japan!
On April 11 and 12, the team at Modern Social Kitchen (MSK) invites you to Restaurant Talents for a unique spring vegetarian brunch menu inspired by the Japanese yakitori tradition.
 What to expect?
A fully vegetarian spring menu crafted with great attention to seasonal ingredients, spring flavors, and Japanese culinary aesthetics. You'll enjoy juicy grilled vegetables, aromatic sauces, Japanese-inspired delights, and surprises that will immerse you in the spirit of spring.
Who is behind MSK?
Stiliyan Tsekov and Petar Lechev are the visionary chefs behind Modern Social Kitchen (MSK) – a culinary pop-up that blends global flavors, creativity, and a modern take on traditional dishes. Both are graduates of HRC Culinary Academy, and after gaining experience in Michelin-starred restaurants across the USA and Europe, they are now developing their own culinary business with the goal of modernizing and enriching Bulgaria’s gastronomic scene.
